One colony of Mould repeatedly Isolated from Cornea

A 34 year old male (previous corneal transplant recipient) had a garbage splash into the eye

The patient presented with ocular pain, redness & decreased vision and was treated with tobramycin drops in the eye

The symptoms progressed and a corneal ulcer was diagnosed and prednisolone was added

The pain intensified and the patient was rushed to the ER

The patient noted a sudden gush of clear fluid from the eye, softness of the globe and corneal perforation was found
