Rapid Growing Mould

• One colony of mould growing on C&S culture medium

• Initially white, wooly turning mouse grey with age

• Repeat specimen also grew one colony of the same mould on inhibitory mould agar (IMA) in mycology section of the laboratory

• Fungal smear was positive showing FE
