Biography

Pauline Lo has been on staff with the department of microbiology at Mount Sinai Hospital since 1975. As an experienced registered technologist, her current role is quality assurance within the laboratory. With this role she is committed to the continuous improvement and maintenance of high standards within the lab. Specifically, she is responsible for developing and coordinating quality control programs, maintaining the procedural manuals and ensuring that the Laboratory Safety program is functioning effectively.

Pauline has also played an important role in developing and installing the laboratory information system (LIS).
