Measurement of Cellular Immune Responses in an SIV-RHESUS
Macaque Model of HIV Vaccine Development
This grant is part of an inter-institutional HIV vaccine
program grant based at Emory University under the direction of Dr.
Harriet Robinson. The overall program involves testing a number of
vaccine strategies in primates. This project is involved in understanding
the MHC polymorphism of macaques and applying it to the development
of functional T cell assays for measuring vaccine efficacy.
