Database Password Request

The Canadian Bacterial Surveillance (CBSN) data base is a secured access site and is designed as a resource for health care professionals with an understanding of epidemiology, microbiological testing and antimicrobial resistance.

We have provided summary tables for your convenience. If you require more detailed data, the data base can be accessed directly with a secured password.

To request a password for access to the Canadian Bacterial Surveillance Network (CBSN) data base, please complete the following request form and email to us. We will email your unique identifier and password as soon as possible.

We do however, reserve the right to limit access to all or parts of the data base where appropriate.
